We successfully executed the design, fabrication, and erection of one silo measuring 22 meters in diameter and 45 meters in height for Adani Power Ltd., Mundra, in collaboration with Simplex Infrastructure Ltd.
Scope of Work:
Structural Design & Engineering: Designed to meet the high load and operational requirements of a large-capacity industrial silo.
Fabrication: Carried out with precision using high-strength steel plates, ensuring accuracy, durability, and long service life.
Erection & Installation: Heavy-lift cranes and specialized erection techniques were employed to achieve precise vertical alignment and safety during execution.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Comprehensive inspection and NDT testing were conducted to ensure compliance with IS standards and project specifications.
