We successfully executed the design, fabrication, and erection of one silo measuring 22 meters in diameter and 55 meters in height for Adani Power Ltd., Mundra, in association with Simplex, Kolkata.
Scope of Work:

Structural Design & Analysis: Engineered for high-capacity bulk material storage, ensuring optimal load distribution and structural integrity at a height of 55 meters.

Fabrication: Precision manufacturing with high-strength steel plates under strict QA/QC processes to ensure durability and dimensional accuracy.

Erection & Installation: Executed using heavy-duty cranes, custom lifting arrangements, and stringent safety protocols for vertical alignment and stability.
