We successfully executed the design and construction of a 65-meter-tall RCC Taper Chimney for Gardau Steel Ltd, in collaboration with NCC Ltd, Hyderabad.
This structure was engineered to meet the demanding requirements of steel plant operations, ensuring efficient emission management and long-term durability.
Scope of Work:

Structural Design & Detailing: Comprehensive structural design for a tapered cylindrical chimney, considering temperature gradients, wind loads, and dynamic pressure conditions.

Construction Methodology: Executed using slipform shuttering for precision circularity and vertical accuracy throughout the height.

Reinforcement & Concrete: High-grade RCC with optimized steel reinforcement was used for structural strength and temperature resistance.
