Delivered a high-precision Quenching Tower in collaboration with G.D.C.L. (Mumbai), showcasing engineering excellence and timely execution.

Project: JSW Ispat Steel Ltd, Mumbai

Client: G.D.C.L. (Mumbai)
Details: Quenching Tower – 8.5m × 8.5m × 35m Height

We successfully executed the design and construction of a Quenching Tower for JSW Ispat Steel Ltd, Mumbai, in collaboration with G.D.C.L. (Mumbai). The tower dimensions are 8.5 meters × 8.5 meters base with a height of 35 meters.

Scope of Work:

  • Structural Design & Engineering: Designed to accommodate high operational loads, thermal stress, and vibrations, ensuring structural integrity.

  • Construction Methodology: Employed precast and cast-in-situ RCC techniques to achieve precise alignment, dimensional accuracy, and robust durability.

  • Materials & Reinforcement: High-grade reinforced concrete and steel reinforcement were used to withstand the thermal and mechanical loads during operation.

  • Safety & Quality Control: Strict adherence to safety norms and continuous quality monitoring ensured a flawless and safe execution process.

  • Testing & Commissioning: Structural inspections and NDT testing were conducted to verify performance standards before handover.

This project highlights our capability to deliver complex industrial steel plant structures with precision, safety, and engineering excellence.
