We successfully executed the design, fabrication, and construction of two industrial chimneys and one large RCC silo for Jindal Vijayanagar Steel Ltd, in collaboration with Ray Construction Ltd, Mumbai.
Scope of Work:

Structural Design & Engineering: Chimneys and silo were engineered to withstand wind loads, seismic forces, thermal stresses, and heavy operational loads in line with IS standards.

Construction Methodology: Employed slipform shuttering for chimneys and RCC slipform construction for silo, ensuring vertical accuracy, uniform geometry, and structural integrity.

Materials & Reinforcement: High-grade concrete and steel reinforcement were used to ensure long-term durability and resistance to industrial conditions.

Safety & Quality Control: Continuous monitoring and quality checks, including NDT testing, ensured compliance with safety and industrial standards.
